Dear Sir\ Madam I purchased my phone ” Samsung i9003 on 19th Nov 2011 from The Mobile Store Ltd, Shop Number G-38, Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad, Invoice number “10352 / 4600653″ for Rs 18259 under name ” Krishan Gopal Singh ” Mobile Number 9810301435. The phone had Manufacturer Warranty of 1 year and extended warranty for another one year from “the Mobile Store “. I had a problem developed in phone in second year and gave my phone for repair on 13th July to the mobile Store Shop number SCF 73 GF Sec 15,Urban estate , Faridabad as advised by The Mobile store , Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad. I was confirmed to get the phone back on 27th July ( 2 weeks ) but till now i have not received my phone. When called the customer care , they connected to Mobile Store official Official who gave me commitment for Saturday 3rd Aug which was also not fulfilled. I still have not received my phone as of 8th Aug 2013.

I need damages for all the mental trauma i am going through for follow up and without phone i.e (Rs 10,000 + My phone repaired).There is no commitment time for the extended warranty service they are providing. There should be clear mention of SLA.Company should be legally procecuted by concerned Deptt.
