My Samsung CTV has gone out of order since last one month. In this regard I have launched complaint at it’s customer care no. & two technicians have visited, but none of the could rectify the problem. One of them said it’s IC is faulty, need to change IC, but could not fix the problem, second said it’s circuit board will be changed. I agreed for change in Circuit Board, third technician was supposed to visit & change the circuit board, but now conveyed that, since it is an old model, Samsung does not manufacture Circuit Board & can not fix problem. I am amazed at these responses of Samsung & feels betrayed cheated & let down by poor & ineffecient after sales service.

Immediate repair of TV by trained & qualified technician & 5000 as compensation for breach of trust & harassment faced.
