I had earlier filed a complaint on this site (Complaint no. 56389/2/2013). No resolution have been provided to me till now. And the status on the site is showing the complaint as resolved. Also, further to that complaint, today some keys of my phone stopped working all of a sudden. Seems like samsung has been selling sub-standard products. Just two months back I had to pay Rs. 5500/- to get my phone repaired because it was crashed due to an update sent by Samsung. And now another issue. I am fed up with this brand. Please ask them to refund the cost of my phone or provide me with a new phone.

I want a refund of my money or a new phone.
