hi from 2 months i been facing issue with laptop no help at all, beside this miss jalseen from samsung call us and ask us not to email MD of samsung and created a issue for us ,
as i said the service center have fool me the replacement harddisk given to me was used and in open condition were i have warn the person that when he bring replacement i need new were he assure same but the harddisk given to me is old the same issue is they when i start the laptop the harddisk light keep blinking and its seem they is a issue in harddisk were i have a usb harddisk when i boot from it it work excellent this show the hdd is faulty, kindly check with service center and ask them to replace the harddisk with new
