Dear Sir I DILIP SAINY. resident of 301, Suryam residency, nr- jeevandeep school, at-sayan ta-olpad, dist-surat, Gujarat 394130, have purchased a SAMSUNG laptop form CROMA stores, rippal mall surat. with 1 year warranty on 27/05/2013. with fully software loaded in Rs. 26794.01/- and it was advised to me by counter staff that you no need to do anything regarding software etc. but now I am facing some problem.and I went to croma stores and they told me to purchase licence worth rs. 5500/-, I do not want to bear any of the expenses. please inform me further what to do regarding this. regards Dilip Sainy mob 9638725987
