i had bought an samsung led 32c 6900 tv costing us rs. 54302.00 on 21.08.2010. the bill no. c/227 is attached for your reference. right from within 1st year of purchase it has started giving problems, whereby the parts are absolutely non-repairable. the only option left with me is to get the part replaced, which is very expensive. i have got all the parts, one after the other replaced and still the tv is non-functional, for the want of part replacement.
have already incurred an expense of about rs. 30,000.00. and again the same part costing rs. 8000.00 (replaced twice) is damaged and i am asked to shell out more rs. 8000.00. (the same was replaced in february’2013). two bills out of four, which are tracable are (inv no. svcmum30198 dtd 16.01.12 for rs. 8784.00 and inv no. 070206 dtd. 02.02.2013 for rs. 6769.00; both of samsung india electronics pvt. ltd.)
i feel that they have supplied us inferior/ defective tv. i demand them to either replace the tv or give us compensation for the same. please help us.
