my new samsung phone is not working on 2nd day of purchasing than service centre make the do form means the dealer give me a new phone but dealer did not give me a new phone and says it will not change and wait me 1 hour my phone is purchase on 4 jan 2014 and do prepared 7 jan but on this day the phone is not available
new phone is given to me immediately and give the suitable punishment to dealer
