Samsung mobile – battery charger slow down

we have purchased the mobile from phone world, the Samsung authorised showroom, at Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali (W), Mumbai.Within 2-3 days after purchasing the mobile we started facing the problem regarding battery, charger, slow down of handset etc. we went to the vendor and they send us to the service center(SKYCELL) at Kandivali(W). the service centre people called us after few days as the charger was not available with them at that time.when we went after few days they replaced the adaptor only. Still we were facing the problems so next time they replaced the cord also.after replacement also the problem was continued. This time when we went to them the software to update the mobile was not available with them. Again they called us after few days. At this visit they told us to keep the mobile with them for observation and updation in the month of July.Again in the month of August we started facing the same problems with the new ones like Auto operate Apps, non function of back key, hang, auto data loss etc. As we need min. 3 hours at the service centre, which was not possible at all the times,we managed to go in the month of September for the above said problems. Again they kept the mobile with them for 3 days but still the problem was not resolved. We were just fed of the mobile and had conversations with the call centre on mobile as I am travelling frequently.But I was still not satisfied. Again I managed to go to service centre on 01.01.2014 for the above said problems and some more like contact no not showing properly and merging of contacts etc. they kept the mobile with them and returned on 02.01.2014 with software update and stated that our battery is cracked and the warranty is over. Now as we can see I am facing the battery and other issues from the purchase of mobile. After continuous follow ups with the service centre and the call centre my problem was not resolved. Now I cannot accept their statement regarding the warrant of battery. I am a loyal customer of Samsung since many years and never faced such problem. Now I am fed up with this mobile and the service & call centres.

I want them to replace my mobile or refund my money.
