17/10/2013: I purchased new Samsung S III from Samsung Store in Kalkaji . The phone was minimum charged at the time of purchse. I came back home and put it on charging but it was not charging. Same day I informed the Samsung Store about my problem. 18/10/1013: I went to Samsung Store in Kalkaji for the replacement. They asked me to go to Service centre with there employee for DOA letter. Which I did. Samsung Service centre took my phone and said they will test it and after finding any compaint They will issue the etter for replacement. They also said that incase of any fault they will not repair it. Samsung Service center called me in evening that there is problem with the charging which they will repair and not replace my new phone for which I said that I don’t want a repaired phone as I have paid 24500 for a new phone. After that I spoke with Samsung company representative and told him about my problem. He asked me for the details of people in service centre which I gave him. He assured me that he will speak with them and get the solution. 19/10/2013: I called the Samsung representative many times but he was not picking up his phone so called Samsung Service centre to find out weater they had a word with Samsung represtative about this. t this time Mr. Akash Sing & Vivek started abusing me and disconnected the phone. I called up againg and spoke with Ms. Sunita Dhar whome I had submitted my phone yesterday and told her everything, she also started arguments with me and put the recerver down. After about 10-15 min I got a call from Delhi crime branch Number : +911123490181 and he told me that this girl has complained the Delhi Police that I am harrasing some girl. Please note that I was always very respectful of her and you can check with call records.

want this lady to take her compaint bak replace my new phone.
