I have purchased samsung galaxy SII mobile from The MobileStore in 26 jan 2012 with extended warranty EW1843359242. My mobile stop working in 26th Oct 2013. I have went to the mobilestore and submitted it for repair as it was under extended warranty. They promised to give mobile within 15 days. I have also filed following below complains about this mobile. 1) complain#MSCO10031577 2) complain#MSCO10031799 Now whenever i was calling mobilestore customer care or service engg they always said we will give your handset next week.
