I am engineering student and wants to complain about my mobile which I bought about a few months ago. The complaint is about mother board of mobile phone which doesn’t indicate when the sim is inserted in it. I first went to my dealer where I bought my mobile,he sent me to the service center located in my city. I then contacted the service center head to repair it as my product was in warranty period, but he refused to do it as he considers it to be physical damage case and wants me to pay for it to change the mother board then later on when I convened them they said me to 80% charges. My only mistake is that as my semester exams and gate coaching was going on so I didn’t time to keep in contact with the dealer. At present my summer vacation started so I am free that’s why I gave a complaint to you for your kind perusal consideration. I hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.
I bought this phone with a much bigger cost of Rs.13000/- and I now need to pay a extra cost of Rs.5000/- to change my mobile’s mother board and I am very sad to not use the phone for any purpose as I was not able to make any calls through mobile as it fails to indicate sim when inserted in it. I also when to dealer(adress:unvercell,machilipatnam) who sent me to service centre. I went to service centre many times who gave me the same reply to pay to get my phone repaired which sent to severe mental pressure.
