Samsung Mobile – No Service under Warranty

My Mobile is in warranty and charging pin is loose and do not charge properly, but circuit is ok. Service center people saying that this is liquid damage and this will not cover warranty. when I asked how they decided that this is because of liquid then they said they have nothing to explain. And final reply was “there is no criteria but I think so, and we’ll not do it, do whatever you can do.
As there is no reason to decline the warranty so they should consider it. And they should apologies for this behavior.
