Sub: Repair of mobile, Ref: Model SAMSUNG CHAMP: Model name GTC3312FKAINS Serial No.: RZ1C60LA5CH (353119054719282), purchase date 5th July 2012.

Mobile phone submitted for repairs, under Service Bill No.4154594409 of 29/6/2013, to Sabsonic, No.12, 1st Floor, Maruti Building, Loudon Street,Kolkata – 700017. I had submitted my above mobile phone for repairs under Service Bill No. 4154594409 on 29th June 2013, during the validity period of warranty of the mobile. It is still not repaired, I am facing difficulties in my day to day work without the mobile. This is a grave deficiency in service.

I demand immediate repairs/replacement of my mobile phone, failing which I demand reimbursement of the cost of my mobile and a penalty of Rs.5000/- for the mental agony that I had to face.
