i have submited my mobile samsung mobile With Job Sheet – No. 1856, Mobile Model – GT-I9003, Sl. No- RFQBC60354R, IMEI-359930/04/115643/6 and parchase date was – 16, feb’2012 from Ganpati Mobiles Lucknow. My phone is dead while i was talking. KA Associate(Samsung service center) representative Mr. Sabir told that phone will b returned to you on Thursday dated 03, jan’2013 and also promises to confirm in the evening that what is the actual problem of my mobile, and as they promises the confirmed me at evening, and they said that the mobile is dead and will returned to at 3’jan 2013. but they are creating problems while returning and also misbehaved with me.

There is no physical damage in my phone at the time of submition at the service center of samsang mobile (KA Associates Mau) Dated – 31, dec’2012

I want my mobile back with complete service(working).
