Samsung – mobile was getting switched off for 2 or 3 hours in a day

On 25/12/2013 I had submitted my Samsung S3 mobile at the Nehru Enclave, New Delhi Samsung Service Centre just a day before its warranty expiry as my mobile was getting switched off for 2 or 3 hours in a day with the model number flashing on the screen continuously. Within three hours of my mobile submission I received a call from the service centre advising me that my mobile has been repaired and I can collect the same. On 28/12/2013 I went to the service centre to collect my mobile and asked what exactly the problem was and their associate advised me that the problem was with the software so they had formatted my mobile and changed the software, so I collected my mobile. But on 30/12/2013 my mobile started having the same problem for which I had submitted my mobile on 25th December 2013. Now on revisiting the service centre on 06/01/2014 those people are saying that the problem is with the motherboard of my mobile and since my mobile is out of warranty so they would charge Rs. 8500 plus other charges for replacing the same. Even after writing to their CEO Desk I am not getting my problem solved. Because of the negligence and carelessness of Samsung I am suffering and even my mobile was not kept under proper observation when I had submitted my mobile on 25/12/2013. I have been chasing these people for past one month and till now I haven’t received any solution for my problem instead I have been completely harassed and cheated by Samsung as they are doing nothing to help me and just trying to cover up the mistake of their associates and Service Centre. They are also denying me for a replacement of my handset in case if they cannot repair it as they are saying that it is out of warranty. Please help me in getting a proper solution as this is the last hope I have now.

I want my mobile to be completely repaired free of cost as I had submitted my mobile within warranty but due to the negliegence and carelessness of Samsung and their Service Centre I have been harrassed a lot. In case if they cannot repair my mobile then they should replace it with the exsisting brand that I am using.
