I have purchased mobile on 11.09.2014 and mobile switch off on 17.09.2014 but unable to switch on the phone so i contact dealer on 17.09.2014. They tried to start but it was not started. Then suggest me to contact service center who issue a doa order for change tomorrow because service center is closed now. I email all the service center situated in nashik and call on toll free no. Of samsung on 17.09.2014. They advice me to contact service center they will only issue doa letter. So i contact service center and they say that mother board is damaged due to water lagging and you have to pay Rs. 7300/- for this. As new mobile i kept it bitterly and no any water lagging. It was already defected before my purchasing because mobile is working after mother board damaged. I again and again contact to samsung toll free no. And my dealer but no body hear my voice/complain and say i m helpless so you have to pay 7300 for mother board change and no replacement.
