Samsung NO PROPER SERVICE ALSO NO GUARANTEE IN SERVICE.

WE PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG AIR CONDITIONER IN 14/04/2010, WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER GOT PROBLEM IN GAS LEAKAGE , WE APPROACHED TO RAYYAN SERVICES FOR SERVICING THE AIR CONDITIONER, THEY TAKEN THE FULL UNIT FOR FULL SERVICES BUT , THEY TEMPORALLY SOLVED THE GAS LEAKAGE ,AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED , WE INTIMATED TO THE SERVICES AGENT , ALSO THE COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE CENTER. AFTER A MONTH THEY CAME AND TAKEN THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT THEY NOW THE ONE AND HALF MONTH OVER BUT NO RESPONSE FOR BOTH THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER AS WELL SERVICE CENTER.BUT WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THE A.C UNIT THEY THEY SIMPLY AND CASUALLY ANSWERING BUT THE PROBLEM HAD NOT SOLVED TILL NOW, THEIR RESPONSE ALSO NOT IN ACCEPTABLE MANNER.

I WANT MY AIR CONDITION TO BE SERVICE DONE.WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER IN HEAVY SUMMER SEASON, I AM FACING SEVERAL HEALTH RELATED PROBLEM AS I AM ALREADY GETTING THE TREATMENT AS ADVISED BY PHYSICIAN , MY BOTH THE CHILDREN’S ARE ALSO NOT SLEEPING & KEEPING WELL, WHEN APPROACHING TO THE SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEEING BOUT OUR PRODUCT , WE ARE UNAWARE WERE MY PRODUCT LIES WITH THEM ,AFTER SPENDING HUGE AMOUNT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT RECTIFIED , I BECOME MORE DEPRESSION WITHOUT SLEEPING , MY HEALTH CONDITION IS ALSO NOT KEEPING WELL DUE TO THIS ISSUE. PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
