Hi, I have bought Galaxy Grand 19082 (A308) on 14th of July 2013. My mobile phone model no. is 356150/05/8434930/0*. Its been not working since Aug 1st week, i have visited service center more than 4 times from August 9th to August 22nd 2013. I haven’t got any solution, The mobile service center is nearly 15 Kms from my home, i have gone more 4 times and followed up with them more than 20 times. Still my mobile phone is not yet repaired. I have tried calling Samsung Customer care helpline, even they are not able to coordinate with the Service center guys. I am really fed with this issue. I have to getup and go to service center everyday leaving my office work and family. This has become a torture to me.. Kindly help me in getting my money back or replacement of this mobile phone. Kindly call me asap. Its been really a physically and mentally torture now because the service center and the Samsung Customer care helpline is not able to help me. Please check my number calls i have called Samsung helpline 020-30308282, i have called more than 20 times. I have to travel nearly 15 kms every time to the service centre.
