Samsung Note – Inferior Quality, Faulty Product

Received a Inferior Quality and Faulty Mobile Phone. I purchased a Samsung Note 2 from a local dealer in Pune on the January 2014. After a month of usage, the phone’s screen started to come out of the body of the phone. I went to the service center who tried to fix the phone, the service center after a few tries fixed it but damaged the phone more. I asked them for a replacement or fix the damages. They fixed which was unsatisfactory in nature. Since Mid – July 2014 the phone’s charging port – hardware is malfunctioning. The phone sometimes charges or sometimes does not charge. I firmly believe a inferior quality and faulty product was sold to me by Samsung, whose faults keep to the front one by one. If after a year when the warranty expires, and the faults continue to come up one by one. I will have to get them repaired at my own expenses which I feel is completely unjust unfair and wrong.

I want a new Mobile Handset of the same make or all my money refunded (I would be more than happy to surrender this handset).
