Samsung Note3 phone – Inferior product, overcharged, and promised accessory still not delivered.

I ordered the Samsung Note3 phone under special offer which included a s-view cover. I paid Rs. 49,900. I received the phone on 24-Sep, but without the s-view cover. Since 24-Sep, when contacted, the customer support has been telling till today (22-oct) that they will send by the next week. 2. The phone is being sold at 47,900 by Samsung e-store. I feel I have been cheated by over charging. When contacted, the customer representative, Vikas Lavania, refused to give any explanation or even transfer to the senior customer service representative or even take a complaint against both these issues. I feel this is high handedness by Samsung 3. The phone is having issues with handwriting keyboard module. Even after contacting technical multiple times and they guiding to re-install the Samsung keyboard software, the problem re-occurs within couple of hours.

I want the mobile to be taken back and full refund issued.
