I am Central Govt employer my rank in Sub inspector.This is in reference to my Samsung order no 100004297 dated 15/01/2014.Rs 15975 Due to non delivery of my order i had cancelled this order. and requested for refund of fund on 07/02/2014. and till now date i have not got my refund amount. the owner or the administrator should be ashamed of their abilities in handling the customers like this. i had paid the amount on 15/01/2014 for the product online, having trust on complaint.please take it as my complaint to your management that “that i will be waiting necessary action please
