I bought a new samsung phone Note-III SM-N900. Within a month I am suffering from display and heating problem. Here is a large dark black dot on the screen due to it I am unable to do anything. I went to service centre at civil lines, near CM house, Jaipur they denied to get it under warranty and asking for water damage but they did not find any water damage when checked and suggested me to change display of amount around 6,000/-. It becomes too hot while using around half an hour.

I bought it for amount 44,000/- on cash. with in a month I suffered from this unavoidable problem. It became useless and effecting my eyes too. I want a new phone or the cash back with compensation for my physical and mental harassment of amount around 10,000/- Hence the total amount is around 55,000/- Kindly provide me the best support. Thank you
