I had purchased a SAMSUNG GRAND QUATTRO (18552) Cell phone costing Rs.17,399/- on 18.08.2013 from Reliance Digital Outlet at Santacruz (West). From the time I purchased the phone, the phone had problems with its network. On 01.09.2013 when I took the phone to Reliance Digital, they stated that once they sell the product they have nothing to do with it and I should take up the matter with Samsung. My letters dated 02.09.2013 and reminder dated 30.09.2013 had no response.
Due to the malfunctioning of the Cell Phone, I am unable to make and receive calls and the SMS which are important messages are inordinately delayed.
Refund of the amount of Rs.17,399/-
