Please refer to earlier pending unresolved Complains 58678 /19th June , 60496 / 60497 on 22Jul You are aware on 25th July , Samsung has replaced the display panel in my Samsung Smart LED for the third time.. Ever since the panel has been changed, I notice the picture looks very weird, patchy and uncanny. At times the video quality is too hazy , fuzzy and blurry , looks as if it is a wall painting on the back ground. Video display is at times, so sharp to show the ugly makeup foundation cracks on the face of the artist , making it totally fake and unnatural, lifeless and very TV watching has become painful experience, as if we are watching a documentary movie. This is a new problem and I do not understand the reasons as neither we nor the Samsung service team have done any display setting change. Added to this, at least a dozen time we observed in normal TV channels ( we have TATASKY HD PLUS ) , recur of very same problem – picture stumbles for secs with zig zag multicolour lines and again picks up( as if it is doing the streaming and buffering at backyard , during downloads). My son also noticed the TV hangs few minutes after the new panel, while playing his Xbox FIFA 2013 Initially I thought that it was our imagination, so I went on Saturday, to nearby Samsung TV showroom and checked the very same channels in Samsung LED , I found them quite natural. Yesterday evening I had invited some of my colleagues for dinner at my place, and they too were taken aback to see TV behaving so erratically.
