Samsung – poor service Customer Experience

I lodged my complaint to Samsung Customer care on 23 July about my Samsung double door BIO Fresh. I was given 8452695144 no. Next day a technician arrived and examined my fridge and said that there was problem with heater further he said that he would inform us next day. No one said anything After few days I called again to CC they consoled me & continued to do the same for some days. On 31 July I got call from the Samsung that this part is no more available with the company and left us in desperate situation. What should I do ? Should I throw it away due to this problem ? Is this right that some product becomes discontinued so the spares ?
