Last 18th September 2014 ,I purchased above mention Samsung Printer from above mention vendor. Although before purchased it I clearly inform the vendor that what type of printer and printer function capacity we require, After knowing my requirement the vendor sold me the above mention printer without test and cheek proper function and capacity of the printer, Although repeatedly request him to show the print quality and also the capacity of the printer but the ignore it and verbally assure me that printer perform properly as per my requirement. That after receive and install the said printer accordingly we find it function and capacity not fulfill my requirement which I inform before the vendor of said printer and also its print quality very bad which is not use able in my common service Center Under NeGp of GOI.and I also several times solicit to the vendor for replace their printer, But they are not agree to replace or to take return it

I want to return this printer and want to take own choice printer and also monitory loss Rs 300 per day to till disposal of case from the grievance date
