There was a problem in audio output of the phone.They said they will format the phone. But after an hour they said they have changed front speaker. They did this in my absence and refused to provide the bill and the changed part.

They charged 350 ruppees and refused to provide bill.

I WANT THE REPLACED PART OR BILL OR ELSE A MINIMUN OF RUPPEES 2000 AS COMPENSATION.
