I bought samsung mobile model – 2252 which has warranty of 1 year. While using the mobile first time i found that mobile is getting switched off automatically frequently even having full charge. I escalated the handset issue to Poorvika showroom and further they sent the handset to Samsung service centre where they advised me that they will give a certificate with which i can get a new mobile of same model from Poorvika mobile show room within 3 days. I raised the complaint on 07/08/2013 and till now i did not get the certificate from Samsung service centre.
I want samsung service centre to provide the certificate without any more irrelevant explanations as soon as possible so that i can get my handset from Poorvika.
