In 2012 bought Samsung referigeretor Model/year RT26HCSR. SR No- 0749 R0284 PAB400749R Frost free 255L from Richa Electronics Kidwai Nagar Kanpur. Its working in April 2015, We called Samsung service engineer in April 2015, he filled gas and we paid Rs1500 to him. same day its stopped working again. The service person came again and said the refrigerator will not get repaired as the parts are too old and not available now. Since then I had been continuously following samsung india team by mails but inspite of many mails and calls they did not respond. They did not even tried to reply on mails that i did to them. Since April till today in 21 June it had been more then 2 months continuous follow up no action taken yet to rectify the problem. Because of non working of the refrigeration all the person at home got ill and still we are living without refrigerator in these hot summers.

Our family got ill because of the hot summers and waiting for the refrigerator to get rectified which till now has not been rectified after 2 months continuous followups.
