I have logged the service call on Samsung customer care toll free no. on dated 24.12.2013@ 19:55 Hrs.with samsung customer care reference no.8436295101.for replacement of broken parts by paying of service charge and part cost for my Samsung refrigerator model no.SR A20NFE (200LTR) SR-A20NFE (S20ENSSSHL/XTL). Sr.no.09344DATC00712N. Samsung service station located in my city and Samsung customer care given me feedback verbal (by call)about that ,Parts are not available and Samsung can not provide parts due to parts are not available in India and not possibility to provide parts to me in future also for this particular model. Brocken parts list is as follows. I want service from Samsung by required parts replacement -I m ready to pay service charge and parts cost if any ,if Samsung cant provide me service and parts than Samsung should replace hall fridge or this fridge purchase cost Rs.10000 approx.
