i bought samsung s duos mobile on july 2013.recently i got wifi problem on 16-12-2013 then given to service centre.they inform to me we will change new mother board because problem with motherboard.They told 20-12-2013 will repair and collect.after that they called on 23-12-2013,your mobile was repaired and collect it.after checked it is ask restart i think it is asking first.so i did restarted.after i believed them and went to room it is asking everytime. Then i went to kandanchavadi,chennai(samsung customer care)went and asked why is it asking every time.they told we will check and tell you after 2 hours they told your mobile working fine there is no issue.again i checked it is coming again.then i told why we given to me without checking?then i gave to mobile and they given form to me.after that i called customer care and compliant regarding this.customer compliant number is 8448427xxx

1.close samsung mobiles in india becuase they are not providing good service. 2.I bout TV,laptop and mobile these things i don’t want becuase they are not providing good service 3.i called so many times customer care they are not responding with proper information recorded some calls.
