Samsung -service centre people are making us go round Infinite delay in service

I have registered for a service request for changing my LED screen for the last 3 weeks, but the service center people are making us go round and round for a simple request. Requesting every day, but some lame excuses, the screen on the way, left from chennai, and so on and making false promises everyday.

We are not able to watch TV for the last 3 weeks now, the basic entertainment of a human being today. Getting difficult for us to spend our evening even when we agreed to whatever cost they are telling us.

Get the LED screen replaced at once by tommorow.
