supply of sub standard AC 1.5 ton which has developed major manufacturing defects one after another and does not run more than a year. The detail is as under:- a) Crack of flare nut (made of mettle) b) Cracks on inner cabinet (body) Both the above manufacturing defects proves sub standard AC manufactured by M/s Samsung and supplied to the customers, thereby cheating and grabbing their hard earned money.
