i bought samsung TAB 3 on sep 1,it was hanged on sep 3which was formated by poorvika dealer for which report was not provided.then again i dealt with the same problem on sep 6 and it was directed to service centre on sep 7.TAB was software upgraded. again i dealt with the same problem on sep 14 which was again directed to service centre and was given to me on 18.9.13 with software upgradetion. this all happened within a period of 15 days . i asked for replacement, which was denied.i am forced to be convienced.
