my tab -311 was purchased on 12/03/2014. before 7 days i observed a peel off of its lcd screen in this,and i given this to authorized service at surat, gujarat( bsr service). they was not ready to do repair it in warranty and i given 300 rupees to clear it. after repair this is totally damaged as deshaped. now they are recommencing 16000 rupees for repair. i was totally shocked . i purchased it in 26000 rupees and no warranty ? only 5 months and no warranty? i am requesting to complete this repair in warranty.
samsung has very good representatives and good show rooms in India for sale time only. but for taking complaints and repairs they are providing small shops. as an example in surat if you are visiting service centers it is like fish market.and at the same time nokia ( and micromax/carbon)has good service centers with them. if we are using samsung mobiles always it is necessary to take chargers along with it. necessary. also as in my case peeloff of screens are also a strange in a tablet. if you check with tablets below 5000 rupees range this will not happen. but expecting your services only we are choosing samsung phones. please provide good service centers like your sale showrooms if you want to servive. i am requesting to consider my tab repair as soon as possible.
