Half of the 40 inch LED screen became blackish which was brought through EMI from the authorized show room TV purchased on 06-04-2014 and The warranty period ends only just one and a half month

Complaint raised through online and toll free no. Service person accepted the problem and charged 300 hundred rupees. He informed us to replace the panel which would cost 21 thousand rupees

We requested to samsung representative that the works only one year two months and try to replace the panel at free of cost. But they offered 10 thousand rupees with only three month warranty of new panel. Please help us to resolve the issue
