I have purchased Samsung LED TV 101cm 40F5100. Inv No. is SAF02A011020000399, on 2/03/2014 from CROMA Pune Aundh Electronic store. After nearly 2 months its screen is not working, its just blank. I reported this issue to CROMA as well as Samsung. Its been more than 2 weeks I reported my issue to CROMA and Samsung but I have not received any solution to this issue from CROMA or Samsung. CROMA Phone no. is : 18002583xxx

I want solution to my issue. I want this TV to be replaced with a new one or my amount to be refunded. I don’t want repair, because this problem may arise in future as well.
