My samsung phone’s screen was damaged and I gave them to claim the insurance I purchased V-care mobile insurance and now its being one month and they and they said they are not able to solve the problem and also they are not responding

I need my mobile phone with the proper solution and also need money which I invest on them because of there services were not satisfied
