We bought a Samsung Washing Machine Model No. WA82VSL on 20/12/2009 (with 2 years extended warranty) through your Invoice no. 165-65211 from Croma Pacific Mall. This product is very good, but started problem in Spinning of dryer about 2/3 months back. We complaint at Samsung customer care, their engineer came and advised to get its motor changed through seller i.e. Croma. So we initiated a complaint no. 68885 sometime in early January 2013. It was attended but your engg didn’t replaced the motor, he took & just repaired the PCB and again same problem came next day. So this process has been repeated by your peoples around 3 – 4 times but still problem continues. So again we launched a fresh complaint no. 72273 on dt 14/02/2013 and same way it been attended but problem doesn’t got solved. Now even in this whole process the machine got further worsened and almost stopped working. So we already suffered since last 2 months or so and wasted our lot of time / efforts. So you once again requested to take it seriously and replace the whole machine so that problem can be solved immediately. No we don’t have passions and time to have hot and trails again and again. Otherwise we would be forced to escalate this matter to consumer court. This is our worst experience with Samsung product, just because of bad service / experience through your kind of channel partner. Otherwise we still believe this product / brand itself is very good.
