I purchased a Samsung split AC about 1 year back (7th July 2012). I had to get it serviced this April due to gas leak. And then again for same reason on 3rd July. Both times gas was filled but the reason for the gas leak was not solved. The AC sold is of spurious quality and therefore it stops working time and again. I was out of station from 3rd July, and when I came back today (17th July) I observe that again the AC is not working. The warranty has expired on 7th July 2013, but the problem I reported on 1st July has not been fixed. I have no faith in Samsung’s Service and I need a full refund for the defective equipment as the technicians have not been able to solve the problem. I do not want Samsung to Service it because they have already failed in providing a satisfactory solution twice. I regret purchasing a Samsung AC. Full Refund, Installation and Service Charges and Compensation for the Inconvenience caused due to sale of spurious quality products. Also, the cost to uninstall the AC has to be borne by Samsung.
