Samsung,Poor Quality Handset’s circuits frying due to atmospheric humidity & not charging

bought a Samsung Galaxy S Duos handset on 24/04/13. The handset had issues from day one. It wouldn’t start once switched off unless I removed and reinserted the battery. On 14/06/13 I had to hand it to the Samsung Service Centre after smoke came out from the micro USB port when I connected it to my laptop via the data cable. The phone wouldn’t charge after that. The Service Engineer detected it as a hardware fault and it repaired it under warranty and handed it back to me on 17/06/13. The phone again stopped charging on 13/07/13 and I took it to the same Service Centre again. This time they told me it’s a liquid damage to the same area and told me it’ll be a paid service. I will have to pay a minimum of Rs. 390/- if they change the port or Rs. 3500/- if they change the motherboard. My phone is never brought in contact with liquids and they couldn’t prove it to that effect. The phone cant even handle the atmospheric humidity of Indian climate. The Service Centre did this to cover their asses because they didn’t repair it well the first time. Mobile phones are meant for the convenience of its owner not to inconvenience them. The Samsung mobiles are not suited to Indian climate and their Service Centres suck. They are apathetic and are out to make quick bucks. Perhaps Samsung earns more from it’s customer from their Service Centres than from selling flawless products. In the two hours I spent the 40 out of 42 customers had the same problem. I want Samsung to replace/recall my handset or refund me the money

I bought the handset for Rs. 12500/- not even three months ago and it may burst anytime.

I want a new handset of the same model and make or my money back
