Samsung,Problem with Split AC from the Day 1

we have purchased a samsung split AC from vasanth & co on 28th June 2013. After installation on 30 June, we came to know that the Remote and the AC sensor were not working. Then we checked the pack through which the AC was supplied. It was in a double taped mode(i.e; the demo / used item was supplied to us. We found even scraches in the AC unit. we approached Vasanth & Co who has not supported. Then we called up Samsung customer care. No proper support or response. We are not in a position to use the AC for the past 1 month. spent so much of amount. We purchased the AC as my mother was just discharged from the hospital after surgery. But no use.

Samsung customer care people failed to respond properly. Then launched complaint to CEO cell. They spoke to us and trying to convince us to use the same device. We are not in a position to use the problematic item. We requested the replacement which they promised to do it within 1 week but failed to respond after that.Even the outdoor unit was not installed properly.

We want replacement for the AC with immediate effect. Installation should be done properly. There should not be any leakage in the unit as it is happening now.If necessary I shall submit the photographs taken to prove the case. Thanks in advance
