Samsung,tv faulty product

At the outset I am surprised to see you have mentioned the case as resolved without even asking me,when the problem till continues. Please note my tv was bought on 27th July , I have one year warratnty till 26th July 2013. First complaint was lodged on in the first week June. As advised by the service person Jaswinder , I agreed to replace the panel, on the assurance that he will replace the TV if problem continues. Last week the panel was replaced, now I am having blackouts / flickering , please see the video.clip attached. Video movies are seen upside down. Please ensure that you take up with the company for the immeidate replacement

Complaint was not attended by CCC properly. Instead of helping the customer, they have taken wrds of Samsung and closed the complaint without informing the customer. Samsung bluffed them that my TV is out of warranty, when it is under warant.Past 2 months I am having problem with my TV costing Rs 125000.

need the refund on money as in spite of chaning the panel the TV is blacking out and flickering and video is showing upside down. I am reallty sorry to say that Without even informing me the case is shown as resoled when I have lodged the complaint.Pleaseprotect the interest of customer for which CCC is meant for and not to go with the dealer
