I paid an amount of Rs 7,999/- for the product “Branded MP3 player + Free Gifts” on the site of “Sands Shopping Hub” on 03JUNE2013. I suppose to get all the products within 21 days of shopping. According to “Sands Shopping Hub” I should get all the products by 24th June 2013. Sorry to say that I did not receive a single product so far. I called them nearly 50 times. They always kept saying your product is on way and you get it by 10th, 12th, … like wise. they simply cheated me since last 50 days.

I paid Rs 7,999/- to Sands Shopping Hub. I do have the invoice details and the transaction screen-shots with me as well. I am chasing to get the products since last 50 days and I am helpless now. Spend nearly Rs 200/- in telephone calls.

I need the money (Rs 7,999/-) back.
