i have made a product purchase from sandshoppinghub on 3rd september 2014 and upon payment being asked it was done through paytm,and amount of rs 4999/- was debited from my account nu:-247301500511,again on 9th september 2014 i got a message that again rs4999/- was debited against my purchase without my permission granting,till date i have not received any product from them.Upon calling to the phone number provided they are asking excuses but not providing me with the product and excess amount refund.Therefore i seek help from you in this regard.Kindly help

I request you to kindly make me refund my sum of rs10,000/- as if for now i do not want any product from them.Please help me in getting my hard earned money back
