Sangeetha mobiles – doorstep servicing received mobile after servicing with damage

I have got blackberry mobile from sangeetha mobiles (Whitefield showroom) on June 22 2013. I faced some issue in the mobile hence had given for serving(Sangeethat mobile have pick up and drop doorstep servicing for 1st one year). The delivery boy picked up my mobile during December 2013 1st week. Request number for the same 49986. I received mobile after servicing with damage near to the display, mobile was broken near to the display. So I refused to accept the mobile and sent back the mobile to the service centre again(December 24th). After that I didn’t receive any status of my mobile or the mobile till now. I chased in their toll free number (1800220506) multiple times, I was informed that new request number 55691 was created and they promised to deliver my mobile in 2 days. But its one week now I didn’t get my mobile. I escalated this issue to their higher management mail ID (help@onsite.co.in). I didn’t receive any reply back. Please take necessary action on the same.

My mobile was broken near to the display when I received it after servicing so I have refised to accept and sent back to sangeetha service centre again. I want my mobile back after replacing the broken part. If not I want my mobile to be replaced with new one. As its not even a year after purchasing and when I gave for servicing it was in good condition.
