I have purchased some books( As per enclosed bill) from this retailer as on 07.10.2013. Due to some mistake i have purchased wrong class & wrong school books.I went to this shop as on 17.10.2013 to return above books but the shopkeeper has replied that ” we not accept return sold books after once payment made by customer.” i requested to the shopkeeper that i have no use these books and i will purchase another books as per requirement later but he did not accept my request .

I want that shopkeeper accept the books return and paid the amount RS-1430/– to me as per bill as this shopkeeper is very arrogant.
