I have booked a flat in Sec.103 Unit no.T408 project name is The Hermitage by Satya developers pvt ltd.I have made a payment of 20% and then they confirm me they will give me the builder buyer agreement, i have made a follow up approx 8 month they have not give any proper response, finally they have told that you have to pay interest and then we will give you the agreement after that i have paid the interest amount and then again company denied to give the agreement and said that you have not made the payment on time and we will not give you agreement. After 2 months follow up they again said make the interest payment of these month then we will give you the agreement and finally i received the agreement. At that time i did not have any choice and i have to pay the interest what ever they have told. But they have unnecessary charge the interest. Now second incident. There was 1demand was pending after that they have demand 2 more installment i have made the last 2. but they are charges interest first from these demand this is very injustice. I have spoken to the company regarding this they are saying that our company policy has changed and we will charge like this.
