I have purchased a flat in Saviour Builders – Crossing Republik Ghaziabad in the year June 2011. At the time of purchase they have promised us to give the flat by May 2012 but it never happened. then again in the year 2012 they have promised to give the flat in Dec 2012. they are continously ignoring the fact that i have paid 90% amount in 2012 only & now i m waiting for the flat. They have some issues of number of floors & GDA has stopped them their work due to illegal number of flats which they were making. Now they have not yet been able to start the work and they r saying now that i will again take 1.6 years of time. We are very dissopointed with the delay & our whole money has gone to them. PLZ HELP AS I WANT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT.

We are paying the house rent from last year.
