Sir, My father was a central govt. Employ and he hadbeen using one sbi account from the last 42years.. After his death, the manager told my mother to close all the accounts and open one single account for insurance and other benefits of my father frombthe govt. For that , we submitted a request along with old passbook and atm and reauested them to transfer all the amount in the old account to the newly opened account before closing the old account. They opened new account in the same branch, but till now(2 months after request form submission), they didnt closed the old account and didnt transfered the money in old account to the new account.. this bank is about 18km from my village, every week we going to this branch for asking this, All staffs including the branch manager is behaving without anyresposibility.. Branch manager told us to meet front desk guy, front desk guy told us to meet other guy and so on.. Please do something.. Branch: sbi pathanamthitta Ifsc: SBIN0007252
